NetDespatch is the leading SaaS parcel management platform for postal and parcel carriers. It enables carriers to provide leading edge web based applications and services for their customers, that use delivery data directly transferred from order management and warehouse systems to print shipping labels, customs documentation and manifests, as well as generate any required data files. Carriers can also use the platform to make their tracking available from point of despatch to final delivery.

“NetDespatch is used by thousands of different businesses in different ways, so designing a website that would promote all of the services available on our platform to such a broad audience was a real challenge. The new website sets out to direct visitors, such as retailers wanting to streamline their despatch operations, postal and parcel carriers needing a cost-effective shipping solution for their customers, and software providers needing a specific carrier extension, to the part of the website that will interest them most,” says Becky Clark, CEO of NetDespatch.

The website also introduces new ‘Intelligent Vendor Selection’ software for carriers, that helps them form efficient and seamlessly integrated global partnerships with collection and delivery businesses in other countries, enabling them to take advantage of the boom in cross-border online shopping. Illustrating the opportunity, the IMRG forecasts that cross-border sales in Europe are set to reach Euro 36bn in 2013, accounting for 10.6 per cent of total online sales.

The web design project was managed by Elliot Evans, Marketing Executive at NetDespatch who comments. “We employed Ascot-based web design company Rawnet to help us develop our new website.  The complexity of what we offer to different sectors involved some real creativity; conveying a complicated message in a simple way was what we needed.  The clear use of graphics and easy navigation have worked well and it has been an excellent job well done.”
