As new opportunities and challenges face the postal sector, Prime Vision continues to rise to the occasion.  And at Post Expo 2013 this automation, processing and recognition specialist will again demonstrate how open technology can help posts to thrive.

Prime Vision’s KEY-IT, described as the world’s most advanced video coding platform, will therefore be featured.  It is extremely powerful and thanks to open technology it is highly flexible too. The main application of KEY-IT is to process automated identification rejects but it can be built to individual requirements such as deeper level coding or handling sensitive mail streams.

KEY-IT can be applied online or offline and implemented locally, centrally, remotely or outsourced.  It’s a great example of how technology is allowing posts to flexibly tap into human resources anywhere in the world. The efficiency gains and cost saving potential of KEY-IT are huge and Prime Vision will happily share testimonial reports and field data with stand visitors.

The Prime Vision PROCESS-IT Sorting Cabinet will also be centre stage at Post Expo.  This modular automation system for mini processes is guided by business logic and integrates sort-to-light, voice commands, scanning, sound guidance and much more.

Suitable for use both as a stand alone unit and for integration into established automation platforms, the Sorting Cabinet delivers immediate process improvements by boosting quality, speed and accuracy, whilst reducing operating costs.

The postal consultants, Prime Competence, have their own booth at the show and will be asking visitors if their automation system is truly fit for purpose.
